Our Food Safety, Halal, and Quality Policy
As ANKARA UN, we strive to provide our customers with sustainable, high-quality, safe, and authentic products, consistently maintaining their satisfaction at the highest level, and meeting Halal Product requirements.
In this context, we aim to: · To fully meet customer needs and expectations in all processes, ensuring the production of safe, healthy, halal, and high-quality food products preferred by customers.
· As senior management, we will support the implementation of the halal, quality, and food safety system and provide the resources needed to achieve our goals. We will identify factors that lead to deviations from our goals using a risk-based approach and take the necessary measures to eliminate or minimize risks.
· To implement quality, food safety, and halal food requirements and continuously improve the systems. Within the framework of continuous improvement, we prioritize reviewing and improving the effectiveness of the system.
· To adopt Islamic business principles.
· To fulfill our obligation to produce products that comply with legal requirements, technical regulations, and customer requirements.
· To always be aware of the risks associated with product authenticity, to provide our customers with authentic products and to produce products free of imitations and adulteration.
· To increase quality and food safety awareness among all employees. They will fulfill their duties in accordance with their defined duties and responsibilities: We will carry out the necessary work to ensure they continue to operate within a high level of responsibility and ethical principles, creating a food culture and continuously improving it.
· We will continuously raise hygiene and quality standards, renew our systems and infrastructure, and execute our processes efficiently and effectively.
· We will reduce the environmental, economic, and social impacts of food products and business processes based on sustainability principles.
· We will prevent waste through a zero-waste approach, use resources efficiently, reduce waste, and ensure the recycling of generated waste.
